Terms of Use (User Agreement)

Version dated July 23, 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

These Terms govern the use of the "GoFish" mobile application and the fishonline.kz website (the "Service") owned by IE SSTUDIO. By using the Service you accept these Terms, the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy.

1. Account

Registration is required to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share access to your account with third parties.
The Service is available to persons aged 18 or over, or to minors with the consent of their legal representatives.
You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.

2. Rules of use

When using the Service it is prohibited to:

take actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Service or the IoT equipment, or at gaining unauthorised access (hacking, password brute-forcing, exploiting vulnerabilities);
use automated tools (bots, scripts) to control the rod or interact with the Service;
decompile, modify or distribute the App or its components;
deliberately exploit Service errors; please report discovered errors to support;
post offensive or illegal content, spam or advertising in chats and the profile;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

3. User content

By uploading content to the Service (profile photo, messages, catch data) you confirm your right to post it and grant the Provider the right to use it for the operation of the Service (display in the profile, catch history, leaderboards). The Provider may remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Restriction of access

The Provider may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, with notice via the App or e-mail. The balance remainder is then refundable in the manner set out in the Public Offer, less any damage caused by the violation.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by technical reasons, communication works and force majeure. The fishing result (catch) is not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, including program code, design, trademarks and content (except user content), belong to the Provider. Use of elements of the Service outside its functionality without the Provider's written consent is prohibited.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and failing agreement — in court at the Provider's location.
